Jackson Farm is a scenic Fall favorite destination located between the historic towns of Black Rock and Smithville, Arkansas, where families from all around come to make lifelong memories. We are a 350-acre family farm offering over 40 Fall Festival activities including a pumpkin patch, corn maze, farm tour hayrides, petting barn, zip lines, delicious food, a general store, special events, and so much more.

Come be part of our team! We are looking for people with all sorts of skills: food service, cashiers, animal care, human relations, farming, repairs, and construction. We hire around 70 workers each year.
